About this song
This song started out from the melody. We were inspired by playing a D-chord on the guitar along the neck. A court case against Monsanto’s was in the news and we were playing music at Anti-Fracking Rallies. We later added a third verse after conducting a public reading of the IPCC Climate Change Report in Northbridge outside the Woodside sponsored Fringe Festival.
This story is about checking the content of media articles, news items and social media contributions, finding your trustworthy sources. With every purchase think about where your money goes and question who benefits from the activity. We need ethical businesses and accountable politicians that make effective policy to address the climate crisis, greed and corruption; leaders with the community at heart.
